This Ever Lovin’ Week

Hey November!  And I mean hello bye bye 2018….geez!  Yesterday I posted a real Hey November post.  You can check it out if you are bored.

This week has been full so let’s see what’s been crackin’ this creepy week.  (Spoiler alert:  Not really creepy. But a lot of Cam in this post!)

All the Halloween

Last weekend we attended the Annual Marion Family Halloween Party!  So much fun and food and conversation.

We had Trunk or Treat at church on Sunday.

Then Tuesday we had Trunk or Treat 2 at school.

But I didn’t get a photo.  I was too busy talking to Amy, Charles, and my adopted to me sister Misty.

And maybe sneaking some chocolate.

Real Halloween…

Asking for a friend…

Does anyone else get super sleepy and mopey right as the time change draws near?  No?  OK I will let my friend know.  LOL!

Monday was just rough for me.  My eyes were on strike and I could not get energized.  I actually napped and this girl never naps.

Pretty stuff…

Last Friday I went to the mall on a whim.  I hate the mall.  But it was Friday, raining, and gross.  I took the left turn in.  Boy am I glad I did!  I scored some fabulous Toms for like $22 (but with a gift card I actually paid nothing.)  I’m so excited to have these cuties.  Booties have been on my list since I handed mine down to my daughter but I’m so picky and my feet are so jacked up it’s tough.  These work!

I may have grabbed my mini pine tree and put it out on my shelves in my living room this week.  I also may have purchased some white lights and hung them on my decorative shelf in my kitchen.  I’m not saying it Christmas decorating but…

National Cat Day got by me quickly so in honor of my Amendola Cupcake here she is in her favorite spot!

My girl’s softball 2018 is now finished up!  We’re going to await the spring now!

No automatic alt text available.

Oh and that girl is on fire because she won a Christmas Card design contest at her school and will now go on to the district contest!  (We have one high school and they are the War Eagles so she did the War Eagle head for her card.)

This weekend…

My mama is turning fifty something.

The time is changing so I will be sad.  However, I will be holding tiny babies at church on Sunday so maybe that will keep me smiling since they aren’t my babies!

And that is that…

  1. Totally the same as the time change approaches. On Wednesday night I literally was falling asleep on the couch at 8:15. So sad to have limited sunshine but sometimes I think it helps my body shut down a little better and I need it.

    1. Nope, I don’t LOL! I get all out of sorts but guess what? I have a Healthy Girl post coming on next week all about it! It’s Saturday now and I know you are doing something fabulous but considering the time difference I hope you’re till snoozing right now! xo girl

  2. You had quite the fun week. I am so sad that daylight is fleeting right now! Seriously, it is still dark at 7 AM right now. Boo! I love that you all have fall softball, we do not have that and I wish we did…I also wish Maddi would play softball but she is my basketball player. Happy weekend Mama!

    1. Camryn started with basketball, loved it, then after the season said she didn’t really love it and wanted to try something else…lordy mercy! So yay for softball! I grew up playing it and so I’m super excited she’s loving it! I wish you a wonderful weekend. XOXO (Making your butterscotch cookies today!)
