Made me cringe this week:

Thank GOD I work remote from my home now!!! I do NOT miss this.:
Ewww.  The flu and a virus that mimics it are going around hot and heavy here.  My line of work is to douse properties in Clorox to make sure they stay sanitary.  I live in fear.
Now here is a street sign you might WANT to place next to the desk of your most difficult person - but don't do it!:
Our interstate is down to one lane due to something the DOT decided to do.  Um yeah.  My house sounds like a construction zone way past bed time.  Annoyed indeed!

This week I have wanted to eat, eat, eat.  Normally I totally keep myself in check but this week everything sound delicious.  This makes me uncomfortable!

Made me think this week

Problems & Possibilities.:
Spring is a time of change and there are lots going on in my family.  I’ve had a heavy mind on many topics.  Some areas have “given” and some are about to “give.”  

Made me proud this week

You don't have to go fast... you just have to go.:
Y’all who read regular know I have a bad knee and achilles heel that won’t stop.  Well it all combined to stop me from running for a few months.  On Monday I was on a nice fast paced walk.  I had to cross traffic quick so I ran and I kept on running. I didn’t go back to the walk.  It felt so good.  I just smiled as I breezed on by fellow movement makers.  I finally hit my runner’s high zone again and it was pure bliss.  Yes, I had some pain but it was worth it.

Weekend Goals:

Finish the closet.

Make peanut butter cookies (sugar friendly baby!)

Sit in the swing and read a magazine or two

Get in a good jog

  3. Is the butt liquor comment from Sweet Home Oklahoma???? That show cracks me up! Good job on your run! My ankle and knees can’t handle year-round running, so I do it for 3 months to prep for a 5K and then take a break from it for 9 months. Have a fun weekend- I need to knock out some magazines, too!
